We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here is our policy for returns and refunds.
1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have a 7-calendar-day window starting from the day your order is delivered to request a return. We cannot accept returns requested after this 7-day period.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and undamaged.

In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Note: Items returned without meeting these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or may be returned to you at your expense.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@romancreations.com with the following information:

Your order number.

The item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for the return.
We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
